Bridge Schools require a proactive member to join their premises team.
You will cover site management duties across 3 schools within the Trust and provide cover to other Trust schools as required. We have one position available based at Wadebridge to include cover at Blisland and Lanlivery and one further position available based at Looe to include cover at Duloe and Trenode. Principle responsibilities will be to maintain the security, safety, compliance, cleanliness and upkeep of the buildings, playgrounds and facilities working under the direction of the Bridge Schools Premises Managers.
If you have the ability to work on your own initiative, but also work as part of a wider team and are an all-rounder with a range of skills with proven experience:
• Basic understanding of electrics/plumbing
• General labouring/moving of furniture/equipment
• Basic understanding/experience with all basic hand and power tools
• General DIY skills and a good level of common sense
• Have a practical approach to problem solving
• Good communicator
• Well organised
• Reliable and trustworthy

Must have clean driving licence (travel expenses paid).
